Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible via text / WhatsApp.
More than 24 hours notice: free to reschedule
Less than 24 hours: 30% of treatment fee will be charged
No-show: Full treatment fee will be charged
Creating Your Chi+ Space
All rituals take place in the comfort of your home or hotel. All you need is a private room and a comfortable bed or sofa to fully relax - we bring everything else.
Your Consultation Form
To tailor your ritual to you, please complete your consultation form before your session. You will receive the link automatically after booking.
New clients: A Private Consultation Form is required before your first treatment.
Returning clients: Your previous form will be used if nothing has changed. If your address, health or skin history has changed, please complete a new form.
If your form is not completed at least 1 hour before your appointment, we will use a few minutes of your session time to go through it together.
Health & Safety
Please share any allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, health conditions or recent cosmetic procedures in your consultation form so we can tailor your ritual safely.
Our therapists may modify or end a treatment if an undisclosed contraindication is found on the day. In this case, the session will be considered completed and fully charged — transparency helps us protect your skin and your time.
Results, Payment & Communication
Results vary as every skin is unique. Our rituals are designed to support natural rejuvenation, relaxation and skin vitality — they are beauty & wellness treatments, not medical advice.
Payment details are provided at booking. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
We communicate via Text / WhatsApp and Email only, so each client receives our full attention during their ritual.

Name, phone number, email address, address for mobile visits
Booking and payment information
Consultation information including treatment preferences, skin concerns, relevant health information such as allergies or sensitivities
Photographs of your skin, only where you have given us explicit consent
How We Use Your Information & Legal Basis

Arrange and manage your appointment and travel to you

Communicate about your booking

We never sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Information
Your information is stored securely and we only keep it for as long as necessary. Consultation forms and treatment records are kept for 7 years in line with our insurance requirements, after which they are securely deleted. Contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Photographs
Photographs are only taken with your explicit consent and are stored securely. They are never used for marketing without your separate written consent.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.
