Thank you for choosing Chi+ Facial Rituals. To ensure the best possible experience, please take a moment to read the following information before your appointment.
Consultation Form
To support your personalised Chi+ experience, clients are kindly asked to complete a short consultation form before their appointment so we can understand your skin, goals, and concerns before your session starts.
You will receive the form after booking your session with us.
This allows your treatment time to be fully focused on your facial ritual. However, If the form is not completed at least 1 hour before your appointment, a brief part of your session time will be used for consultation.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, please text or email us as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ before your appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the total treatment price.
No-shows: Full treatment fee will be charged.
Creating Your Chi+ Space
All treatments take place in the comfort of your home or hotel room. A private room and comfortable bed or sofa for you to fully relax is all that’s needed, we will take care of the rest.
Health & Skin Considerations
To support your desired results, comfort and safety, please inform your practitioner before your treatment (via your consultation form) of any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent cosmetic procedures, pregnancy, or health considerations that may affect your treatment.
Your session will then be thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and wellbeing.
Safety and Contraindications
Your safety is our priority. Please be advised that our therapists reserve the right to modify, shorten, or terminate a treatment if they identify any contraindications (such as conditions where Gua Sha or other techniques may be unsuitable) that were not disclosed prior to the appointment.
If a contraindication is discovered during the treatment or disclosed on the day of the appointment, the session will be considered as completed and fully charged. We kindly ask that you be transparent about your skin and health status to ensure a safe and effective experience.
Treatment Results
Every individual responds differently to facial treatments.
Chi+ treatments are designed to support natural facial rejuvenation, relaxation, skin vitality and overall wellbeing. Results may vary depending on individual skin condition, lifestyle and other factors.
Payment & Refund
Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Payment must be completed according to the agreed booking terms.
Refund takes up to 5 to 10 business days to appear on customer's statement.
Communication
Chi+ Facial Rituals communicates via text message and email only, allowing each client to receive our full attention throughout their treatment experience.
Client Responsibility
Clients should inform Chi+ of any changes in health, skin condition, allergies, recent cosmetic procedures or other relevant circumstances before treatment.
A Natural Approach
Chi+ Facial Gua Sha treatments are designed to support skin vitality, natural rejuvenation, relaxation, and overall well being. They are beauty and wellness sessions and are not intended as medical treatments or medical advice.
