Thank you for choosing Chi+ Facial Rituals. To ensure the best possible experience, please take a moment to read the following information before your appointment.
Consultation Form
To support your personalised Chi+ experience, clients are kindly asked to complete a short consultation form before their appointment so we can understand your skin, goals, and concerns in advance.
You will receive the form by email or text message after booking your session.
This allows your treatment time to be fully focused on your facial ritual.
However, If the form is not completed beforehand, a brief part of your session time will be used for consultation.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee.
Creating Your Chi+ Space
All treatments take place in the comfort of your home. A comfortable bed or sofa for you to fully relax is all that’s needed, we will take care of the rest.
Health & Skin Considerations
Please let your therapist know before your treatment if you have any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent cosmetic procedures, are pregnant, or have any health concerns that may affect your treatment. This allows your treatment to be tailored safely and appropriately to your needs.

Chi+ Facial Gua Sha treatments are designed to support skin vitality, natural rejuvenation, relaxation, and overall wellbeing, . They are beauty and wellness treatments and are not intended as medical treatments or medical advice.
